Our Story
Founded in 2024, ZERID set out to close the biggest gap in digital communication: the trust gap.
We have created and pioneered Customer Knows You (CKY), a new category in fraud prevention that puts verification directly in people’s hands. CKY empowers organizations and their customers to confirm identity before a single word, click, or action is taken.
Unlike reactive fraud tools that respond after damage is done, ZERID’s solutions stop scams at the very first point of contact, across phone, text, and email with a verification process that’s instant, simple, and impossible to spoof.
Founder's Note
In February 2024, I asked myself a simple but unsettling question: “When I pick up the phone, how do I know who’s really on the other end?” This question led me to uncover just how widespread and damaging impersonation scams are. Every year, millions of people lose billions of dollars, not to mention their own their peace of mind, to impostors pretending to be trusted organizations.
This moment became the spark for ZERID. Our mission is ambitious but clear: we want to make digital communications fully verifiable. With CKY, we’re building technology that empowers people everywhere to instantly verify who’s contacting them across phone, text, and email to stop fraud before it starts.
